Two of my passions are children and photography. I studied human development in college and worked as a teacher until I became a mother. I now have two children, Ella & Gavin. Once I had my daughter, I found myself taking more and more pictures of her. I also began devoting more time to improving my craft by taking photography courses, working with other photographers & studying photography. I quickly progressed into taking pictures for friends, their friends and family. Most of my business is through client referrals.

Style…

The majority of my photographs are of children and families. I love to watch the interaction between family members and capture those emotions through images. I love the idea of looking back on pictures years later and reliving those moments. Children are the most exciting for me. I love the innocence and simplicity in watching a child explore their surroundings. I am not always looking for the ‘perfect smile’ or perfectly posed picture… I love to capture children as they are, exploring, creating & playing!
